Hello, my name is Paul Groves
I’m a leading Arborist in West Cornwall. I pride myself with an honest, friendly, reliable and comprehensive approach to tree work in the South West. Ever since starting out as a professional Arborist in 2002, I’ve prioritized serving my clients’ needs and satisfaction above everything else.
From dealing with pruning and shaping trees of all sizes, felling, dismantling, to controlled rigging.

Truro Ash tree
Falmouth Hedges
The branches from this Ash tree were touching the roof of the house, extending greatly over a conservatory at the back and cast a great shade to the rear garden.
So we sought planning permission to raise the crown and gently shape the remainder -Â the house owner was very pleased with the result.
Over 10 years ago, an existing customer moved to this property.  The roadside Laurel hedge was greatly overgrown and "wild." It had grown over the road by several meters and the council had asked for it to be cut back accordingly.  We have since maintained that and also the conifer hedge behind it every year. Â
They are happy to be the tidiest in the row and we like happy customers.
Portreath Highway Safety Works
After the Council carried out a routine survey of the road and issued a letter requesting the removal of deadwood and lower limbs, our client asked us to carry out the essential works.
We implemented traffic management, removed all deadwood and any historical wind damage.  We raised the crown over the highway to 5.2m and in doing so our work keeps everyone safe on their journeys for the foreseeable future.
